To ensure a thorough education, our first schools offered a program of studies which included knowledge about both useful and appealing subjects: singing, piano, drawing, painting and various arts of interior decoration. During the public examinations, singing, the recitation of poetry and drama were interspersed among the subject matter.

Since our foundation, the music of the Names of Jesus and Mary has continually given rise to the living flame of our mission.

Honoring the intimate connection between the creative spirit and its expression in art, we value art in all its forms as an integral component of the full development of the human person. Art allows a person to express one's emotions and values and to experience harmony in life.
